– Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled unless the order is during our processing time and it is not shipped out yet. The processing time after your order has been placed will take 2-3 business days before its delivery.

– For domestic orders, please allow at least 2-3 business days for order processing and verification.

– To protect our customers, {{shop_name}} is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and {{shop_name}} will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.

– Our core shipping courier at the moment is USPS – you will see USPS First Class Package – $4.99 at check out for every order.

– Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed. We may try to call you to confirm the address before shipping.

– We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

– All of our shipments are picked up daily directly by multiple shipping couriers, and can take an additional 24-48 hours to update.  If you are concerned about the status of any shipment do not hesitate to reach out and we would be more than happy to look into it.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 8 days (Tuesday to Saturday). The order cut-off time will be 06:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
